Eye hospital was started in the year 2007 March 8th which wads international day of women was inaugurated by Ms Anitha Kumarswamy Mr Shrinivas gowda, Mr Shivakumar Veeraiah, Director, Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences, Mandya.

This is a 30 bedded secondary care hospital with state of technology this is the only eye hospital in Mandya District
Team lead by Dr Suresh in imminent ophthalmic surgeon who quit the civil services to dedicate them selves to ophthalmic care.

So far years operated 15000 catract surgeries free of cost in various parts of Karnataka state. The other team members include Dr Anitha, Dr Kavitha, Dr Padmini, Dr Muralikishna.

We are organizing camps in Rural areas providing them free food transportation accommodation IOL implantation this programme is recognized by national programme for the prevention of blindness.
